We had a wonderful time, the staff was friendly as always had some afternoon games while we sat at the hot tub and enjoyed many drinks. They have an adventure booking place in the resort as well so that you can see the pyramids scuba dive, zip line or anything you desire. Thanks to creating Cancún so much pleasure.
My family stayed at the resort last week and enjoyed every day. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. Every staff member we met was amiable and kind particularly Emme in the swimming pool and Manuel organizing activities.
Manual made sure to include families within their activities throughout the day with bingo games, Pilates or Pilates during the day and the night entertainment at nighttime. He also told us about some playa del carmen snorkeling we can take with the family. Both of these are beautiful employees for this hotel, and Cancun Bay is lucky to have them work there. To be honest, I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning because many occasions I heard Mexico is a dangerous nation. We assessed online this resort, all the pictures were superb, but I didn’t wish to have big expectations.
Well, when we arrived, we had been stunned. The reception was, and the room was as it had been described online. The team was quite clean and very fresh. The staff was accommodating and always with the grin on the face. I’m working too from the hospitality in London, but infrequently you can see such joyful people. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we’ll be back for sure as soon as we can!
The resort was, and the staff was always prepared to help, Especially Alexa in the front desk was quite helpfully, she was grinning all of the time and changed our room for us.
The entertainment in the poolside was fantastic, and the staff always makes us welcomed, Abraham and Emmanuel were absolutely brilliant. The location of this Hotel was great as we wanted to walk a good deal and it was easy to find downtown. Beachfront was beautiful with the hammocks which everyone liked to attempt. We’d definitely go again. TUI Staff were fantastic.
